Founded and led by Thompey Faiz  
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism, learning and development, aviation, marketing, and business development. As an L&D expert, he has worked with luxury resorts, yachts, hotels, guesthouses, liveaboards and leading corporate companies in the Maldives.

He leads Sqilledu, an on-demand L&D freelance talent platform based in the Maldives. Thompey founded Sqilledu to solve a problem he experienced firsthand, skilled and experienced professionals were often overlooked as qualified trainers, while fresh graduates lacked real world experience. Sqilledu bridges this critical gap by connecting organizations with verified, trusted L&D experts who deliver meaningful, results driven learning and development solutions that empower both individuals and organizations.
